RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order. If items from the same order arrive separately, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.
You may also notify us of your decision to withdraw before your order has been dispatched.
HOW TO CANCEL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to vj.koskela@gmail.com or to the postal address below. Please include your name, order number if available and the items you wish to return.
You can also use the “Cancel or return an order” button in our store’s footer. Open your order, select the relevant items and submit your cancellation or return notice. You will receive an email acknowledging your submission.
You do not need our prior approval. Sending your notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient. Simply leaving a parcel uncollected does not constitute a withdrawal notice.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
Send the items back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct return postage costs when returning a non-defective item because you have changed your mind.
Pack the items securely and include your name and order number if available. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
You may inspect and try the product as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.
Please return all included parts and accessories, including the cotton cord. Original packaging is recommended but is not required for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
REFUNDS
We will refund the payments due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund or restocking fee.
Standard delivery within the EU is free. When you withdraw from the entire purchase, any standard delivery charge actually paid will also be refunded. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery service selected by you are not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
Any lawful deduction for diminished value will be explained to you.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact vj.koskela@gmail.com. Include your order details and, if possible, photographs of the problem.
We cover the necessary return costs for defective or incorrect items. Your statutory rights concerning defective goods are separate from the 14-day withdrawal period and remain unaffected by this policy.
HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Our products are handmade. Being handmade does not, by itself, remove your right of withdrawal. Selecting a standard cord colour or length offered in our store does not remove that right.

PERUUTTAMISOIKEUS
Sinulla on oikeus peruuttaa ostoksesi ilman syytä 14 päivän kuluessa tilauksen vastaanottamisesta. Jos saman tilauksen tuotteet saapuvat erikseen, peruuttamisaika päättyy 14 päivän kuluttua viimeisen tuotteen vastaanottamisesta.
Voit ilmoittaa peruuttamisesta myös ennen tilauksen lähettämistä.
MITEN PERUUTAT TILAUKSEN
Käyttääksesi peruuttamisoikeuttasi lähetä selkeä ilmoitus osoitteeseen vj.koskela@gmail.com tai alla olevaan postiosoitteeseen. Ilmoita nimesi, tilausnumerosi, jos se on saatavilla, sekä palautettavat tuotteet.
Voit käyttää myös verkkokaupan alatunnisteessa olevaa ”Peruuta tilaus tai palauta tuote” -painiketta. Avaa tilauksesi, valitse palautettavat tuotteet ja lähetä peruutus- tai palautusilmoitus. Saat sähköpostitse vahvistuksen ilmoituksen vastaanottamisesta.
Et tarvitse ennakkohyväksyntäämme. Riittää, että lähetät ilmoituksen ennen peruuttamisajan päättymistä. Paketin noutamatta jättäminen ei yksin tarkoita peruuttamisilmoitusta.

Lähetä tuotteet takaisin ilman aiheetonta viivytystä ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa peruuttamisilmoituksen tekemisestä.

Vastaat palautuksen välittömistä postikuluista, kun palautat virheettömän tuotteen mielesi muuttumisen vuoksi.
Pakkaa tuotteet huolellisesti ja lisää mukaan nimesi sekä tilausnumerosi, jos se on saatavilla. Suosittelemme säilyttämään lähetyskuitin.
PALAUTETTAVIEN TUOTTEIDEN KUNTO
Saat tutustua tuotteeseen ja kokeilla sitä kuten myymälässä. Vastaat vain arvonalennuksesta, joka johtuu tuotteen luonteen, ominaisuuksien tai toimivuuden selvittämiseksi tarpeellisen käsittelyn ylittävästä käytöstä.
Palauta kaikki tuotteen mukana toimitetut osat ja tarvikkeet, mukaan lukien puuvillanyöri. Alkuperäispakkausta suositellaan, mutta se ei ole lakisääteisen peruuttamisoikeuden edellytys.
HYVITYKSET
Palautamme palautettavat maksut ilman aiheetonta viivytystä ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa peruuttamisilmoituksen vastaanottamisesta. Voimme pidättyä maksun palauttamisesta, kunnes olemme saaneet tuotteet takaisin tai olet toimittanut todisteen niiden lähettämisestä takaisin, sen mukaan kumpi tapahtuu ensin.
Palautamme maksun alkuperäisellä maksutavalla, ellei kanssasi ole nimenomaisesti sovittu toisin. Emme peri maksun palautus- tai käsittelymaksua.
Vakiotoimitus EU:n alueella on maksuton. Kun peruutat koko ostoksen, palautamme myös mahdollisesti maksamasi vakiotoimituskulut. Erikseen valitun kalliimman toimitustavan lisäkuluja ei palauteta siltä osin kuin ne ylittävät edullisimman vakiotoimituksen kustannukset.
Mahdollinen lainmukainen arvonalennusvähennys perustellaan sinulle.
VAHINGOITTUNEET, VIRHEELLISET TAI VÄÄRÄT TUOTTEET
Jos tuote on vahingoittunut, virheellinen tai eri kuin tilaamasi, ota yhteyttä osoitteeseen vj.koskela@gmail.com. Liitä mukaan tilaustietosi ja mahdollisuuksien mukaan valokuvat ongelmasta.
Vastaamme virheellisten tai väärien tuotteiden tarpeellisista palautuskuluista. Virheellisiä tuotteita koskevat lakisääteiset oikeutesi ovat erillisiä 14 päivän peruuttamisoikeudesta, eivätkä nämä ehdot rajoita niitä.
KÄSINTEHDYT TUOTTEET
Tuotteemme ovat käsintehtyjä. Käsinteko ei yksin poista peruuttamisoikeuttasi. Verkkokaupassa tarjottavan vakiovärisen tai -pituisen nyörin valitseminen ei poista peruuttamisoikeutta.
